Yes! After you approve the digital proof, we can produce a physical sample. To save time, we usually send high-resolution photos of the actual sample for your confirmation. If you prefer to have the physical sample in hand, we can also mail it to you before starting the bulk manufacturing.

No! We keep your custom molds securely stored in our factory for up to 2 years. If you reorder the exact same design (even with different enamel colors) within this period, you will not be charged any setup or mold fees again.

For your convenience and security, we accept PayPal, T/T (Bank Transfer), Western Union, and Alibaba Trade Assurance. Our standard payment term is a 30% deposit to commence production, and the remaining 70% balance before the final shipment.
